These Terms govern your use of TryMyPost. By using the website and related services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Account access is handled through Firebase Authentication (for example Google, Apple or email/password). You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials and activity performed through your account.

3. User Content and Saved Presets

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. When you choose to save a preset or template, you grant us a limited license to store, process and retrieve that content only to provide requested functionality.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate third party rights, platform rules or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Use

Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, abuse, or circumvention of security.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or harmful content.
Using automation or scripts to overload endpoints, evade limits, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Misusing authentication tokens, share links, or account access flows.
Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or platform policies.

5. Third-Party Platforms

TryMyPost is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tumblr or any other social platform represented in simulations. Trademarks and platform assets belong to their respective owners.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for operational, legal or security reasons, including to prevent abuse, maintain stability, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Simulated previews may differ from live platform rendering.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses linked to third-party platform changes, outages or policy updates.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Data processing and cookies are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Competent courts in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, security risk, fraud indicators, or material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms when legal, technical or service changes require it. Continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
