4. User Generated Content

When you create simulations using our tools, you retain full ownership of the images and text you upload ("User Content"). However, you grant us a license to process this content temporarily for the sole purpose of generating the requested simulation.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Is offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Violates the terms of service of any social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:

Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us;
Using the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without our express written consent;

We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Our tools are simulations intended for preview purposes only.
