Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets out the rules that govern your use of TryMyPost. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
General principles
You may not use TryMyPost to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, harm minors, or disrupt the Service. You must take reasonable steps to ensure that content you upload, generate, or publish complies with this policy and with the third-party platforms where you intend to share it.
AI-generated content
You may not use AI features to: (a) generate sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery; (b) impersonate real individuals or entities without their consent (deepfakes); (c) generate content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on protected characteristics; (d) generate disinformation intended to deceive, including fabricated news, fake reviews, or fraudulent endorsements; (e) generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; (f) circumvent safety filters of the underlying AI providers. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly trigger our content safety controls.
Competitor Analysis and Profile Analytics
Competitor Analysis and Profile Analytics features process publicly-available third-party social media data on your instruction. You confirm that: (a) you have a lawful basis (such as legitimate market research) for analysing the profiles you select; (b) you will not use the data to harass, defame, or unfairly disadvantage the analysed accounts; (c) you will respect rate limits and not attempt to bypass them; (d) you accept that the underlying platforms may prohibit scraping in their terms and that you are responsible for assessing this risk on your side.
Public shares and links
Public share links and link-in-bio pages must not be used to distribute malware, phishing content, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others. We perform automated link safety checks (Google Safe Browsing) on bio links but do not guarantee the absence of malicious content. You must not abuse share links by automated scraping, mass distribution, or use them to bypass rate limits.
Third-party platform compliance
Many of our features simulate or assist with publishing to third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.). You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of those platforms. TryMyPost is not affiliated with any of them.
Security and abuse
You may not: (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems; (c) use credentials that are not yours; (d) interfere with the Service through automation, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive load; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is permitted by mandatory law.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove infringing content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to competent authorities. Where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice; for severe violations or where notice would frustrate the purpose of the action, we may act without prior notice.
